Belize, a beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea, is also an ideal destination for surfing and relaxation. This villa hotel, located just 100 feet from the beach in Placencia Village, Belize, required a railing solution designed for hurricane resistance and corrosion protection. To meet these needs, Demax Arch selected AkzoNobel’s Interpon powder coating, offering a 15-20 year lifespan, for the aluminum glass channel, ensuring long-lasting durability in the coastal environment. Additionally, 3/4″ thick low-iron tempered glass, known for its high wind resistance, was chosen. The F-shaped glass channel, secured with Hilti stainless steel 316 grade HUS bolts, remains exceptionally stable and robust.
Customer’s Review: I had an excellent experience with Demax Glass. The meticulous attention to detail prior to fabrication led to all the base shoes & glass precisely fitting together as planned. The quality of the glass and hardware is excellent and the protective packaging allowed the product to be delivered without even 1 piece of glass breaking. I highly recommend Demax as your glass railing supplier.
